Kim Ledger, Ren’s Vice President of Complex Assets, advises donors on charitable opportunities of non-cash assets such as business interests, IPO stock, private equity, hedge funds, and artwork. Since she launched the firm’s complex asset practice in 2018, Kim has worked with donors to distribute over a billion dollars in assets, building relationships with the nation’s leading financial institutions, elite nonprofit organizations, and community foundations to ensure donors make informed and strategic gifts that deliver the greatest value for charities, the donors, and their families. Before joining Ren in 2016, Kim spent two decades providing wealth-management services to customers of Indiana banks.

Katie E. Collin, Esq., serves as the Complex Gift & Grant Director at Ren. With extensive experience at the intersection of the legal, financial, and charitable sectors, Katie leads the analysis and evaluation of sophisticated non-cash assets proposed for philanthropic gifts. She's a dedicated community member committed to helping donors achieve their charitable goals.

With a B.A. in Finance from Anderson University, an MBA from Butler University, and a CFP® professional, Kyle has over 20 years of experience in every aspect of creating and administrating various charitable gift instruments. He’s developed thousands of charitable planning strategies and handled compliance issues, accounting questions, tax return audits, and reviewing proposed investments for charitable gifts. Kyle now runs a team that supports the growth and success of philanthropic programs. He is a frequent presenter at national and regional conferences to educate financial professionals and planned giving officers on how to create effective charitable planning strategies.
